As a small family business, we offer you various rental properties in the greater Kaiserslautern region and the Pirmasens area. We are happy to offer you apartments of various sizes as well as several semi-detached houses.

With our many years of experience, we look after our tenants not only during the first inspection, but also during the move-in, the entire rental period and the post-rental time.

Members of the American armed forces (in particular members of the KMC) are also at the right place with us, because in our company all employees speak fluent English.

Due to the many previous tenancies (more than 20 years in the business), we are in regular contact with the American housing authority and know the specifications and procedures very well.
